We needed a new Boiler and Chris Hall was recommended to us. He was very professional and competent and we would have no hesitation in using him again. First class service! Have just had our reminder for our first Year’s Service. Booked in and job done, promptly & efficiently. Just had our second Year’s Service - prompt and efficient as per usual. We’ve just had Chris replace Toilets, Sinks, Bath & Radiator in our Cloakroom, Bathroom & En-suite. The bath & bathroom cabinet were damaged & Chris had to reshuffle his diary several times to sort this out, which couldn’t have been easy for him. A totally brilliant experience.  Chris arrived punctually, very smart & polite in his groovy-looking van.  He then quietly got on with the task of replacing our kitchen sink, which he completed effortlessly, before clearing up after himself and heading for the hills. Chris installed a new bathroom sink, tap, towel heater/radiator and mirror for us, as well as servicing and safety-certificating our boiler. He's done a great and neat job that's all working well. He's  flexible and responsive - for example, coming on two consecutive days to take off and reinstall a radiator so our electrician could get behind it. Billing all very straightforward too.
